At Workforce Solutions, we help employers meet their workforce needs and we help individuals build careers. We do this by finding qualified candidates to fill the jobs that employers post with us and by providing expert, professional advice to help our customers prepare for and find work.

We all work hard to make a difference in our community. And, sometimes a member of our Workforce Solutions staff goes beyond expectations to do more for our customers.

Our leaders on the Gulf Coast Workforce Board recognize that Workforce Solutions staff is key to the system’s success and the Board wants to recognize exemplary work. The Workforce Solutions Honeycomb Service Excellence Awards will recognize staff who demonstrate excellence in each of three categories:

• Initiative that results in good customer service – by an individual or a group;
• Innovation – creating new and better ways to solve problems common to our customers;
• Teamwork – cooperation amongst two or more contractors and at least two of the three system parts (Career offices, employer service, financial aid payment).

The awards begin with you. Recipients of the Honeycomb Awards must be nominated by another member of the Workforce Solutions team. Tell us who you think deserves recognition.
